A publisher for a prestigious academic society by day, Wilmeth has extensive editing and acquisition experience with food and wine books, chefs, food writers, and wine experts across the country. Is it too much to ask for a Trader Joe's and a Costco on the southside? I'd be happy for a TJ downtown though, I could shop there at lunch.
