A publisher for a prestigious academic society by day, Wilmeth has extensive editing and acquisition experience with food and wine books, chefs, food writers, and wine experts across the country. She occasionally writes on food and culture for Indianapolis Monthly and Indianapolis Dine magazines and serves as Bailli (President) of the Indianapolis chapter of Conferie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs. She sits on the Program Advisory Committee for the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Indianapolis and is a frequent guest food judge for charity events.
